Dear ‘Marathonists’
Welcome to our ‘on line’ entry form.
We seem to have some minor irregularities with the online entry system. There are still entries available for the upcoming sportive and MTB marathon (4-5th July). If you come across problems please call 01982 552923 or email info@mtb-marathon.co.uk. Alternatively to the online entry system you can enter via the downloadable entry form or you can enter on the day. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Below you will find two different ways to enter the Merida Bikes MTB Marathon Series 2009.
1.) You can download an entry form by clicking on the download button below. As there are five different mountain bike marathon events in the 2009 programme plus three road sportives which will take place on the Saturday of the event weekend it might need a little bit of explaining. For that reason we would advise everybody to download and print off the whole entry form as it gives you all the information you need. Please fill in the form in and send it together with your cheque to our registration office in Builth Wells (you will find the address on the entry form). Once we have received your entry form and your cheque we will send you a confirmation by email or post. Please note that we do not give out start numbers any more as they will now be given to you at the registration of the various events.
2.) You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility. Simply click on the online entry button and follow the instructions on screen. You can pay with credit or debit cards. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems please contact us on info@mtb-marathon.co.uk.
Entry on the day:
If there are day entry places available (please keep your eyes on the website and the newsletter updates) then you can enter on either the Saturday or Sunday of the event weekend. There is a £ 5 day entry surcharge.
On the online entry you will find the discounted ‘weekend tickets’. The ‘weekend ticket’ at the Llanwrtyd Wells, Selkirk and Ruthin event entitles you to the GORE BIKE WEAR Road Sportive (Saturday) and the Merida Bikes MTB Marathon (Sunday). We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: approx. 100mile, Sunday: approx. 100km) but you can always downgrade when you sign on at registration in the event village.
The ‘weekend ticket’ at the April Builth Wells event entitles you to the ELBNO and the Spring Marathon. We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: ELBNO, Sunday: 65km) but you can always downgrade when you sign on at registration in the event village.
If you are using the entry form then you are obviously also entitled to the discount but you will have the chance to specify what distances you would like to do by ticking the appropriate box. Please follow the instructions on the entry forms regarding payment for the ‘weekend ticket’.
BAD GOISERN, AUSTRIA EVENT:
If you want to enter the Bad Goisern event in Austria then please DO NOT go through the online entry. Please download the entry form by clicking the link button fill it in and send it together with your cheque to:
